At Aulika, we work hard to make sure your orders reach you quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy to know how we handle deliveries .

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Delivery within Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days.

  • Delivery across India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote or special locations may take a little longer depending on courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available for select offers or minimum order values.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email to track your parcel.

  • You can check the status online using the courier partner’s website/app.

5. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or logistics issues) are beyond our control.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout.

  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. International Shipping

Currently, Aulika ships only within India. International shipping will be announced soon.
